One free Sunday morning with Dr. Sonali Mishra. The seven centres and the energy body as the tradition actually describes them, why your energy moves the way it does, and a guided practice at the end so you feel the difference in the room rather than take her word for it.
Free · 60 minutes · 200 seats, then closed
The seven centres and the energy body, taught properly, in plain language, in one sitting.
Not somebody's verdict on you. She walks you through it and you place yourself, with the vocabulary to do it honestly.
The last stretch of the morning is guided, live, together. You find out what this does in your own body rather than reading about it.
A guided audio from Dr. Sonali on WhatsApp afterwards, for everyone who was in the room live.
Some rooms you walk into and something in you tightens before a single person has spoken.
An hour with one person leaves you full. An hour with another leaves you scraped out, and nothing bad actually happened.
The day was busy and the day went fine, and still nothing landed anywhere.
You know what to do. You have known for three weeks. You still have not moved.
None of that is a flaw in your character and none of it is random. The tradition has a vocabulary for it that is older and far more precise than low energy or bad vibes. It calls it prana, it maps where prana moves and where it stalls, and it says prana can be steadied.
What a chakra actually is, where the seven come from, and what each centre governs. Dr. Sonali teaches this from the texts rather than from the feed, which means you get the original rather than the version that has been passed around Instagram for a decade. Most people who have been interested in this for years have never had it laid out once, properly, start to finish.
The layers of a person as the Upanishads describe them, and the sheath made of vital force that sits closest to what the modern world calls the aura. Where prana moves, the three channels it moves through, and why the same day can leave one person charged and another emptied. Plain language, no mysticism.
Not a quiz and not a reading. She takes the five elements one at a time and you notice which is loud in you this week and which has gone quiet. Nobody hands you a verdict. You do the seeing, with the vocabulary to do it properly.
The last stretch of the morning is not explanation. She leads it, live, everyone on the call at once, eyes closed. This is the part no video gives you and no description replaces, which is also why there is no point describing it here. Be in the room and find out.
Headphones. A room with a door. One full hour nobody interrupts. Half watching on a laptop while the Sunday household happens around you is the one reliable way to get nothing out of this.
This is the whole logic of the work, and the texts are unusually plain about it. While the channels carry what they should not, the breath does not reach where it needs to go. Clear them and the practitioner can finally work with their own energy at all.
This is a practice, not a medical treatment. It sits alongside medical care and never replaces it.
Where everyone is joining from. A minute to settle and put the phone face down.
The seven centres, what each one governs, and where the system comes from. Taught from the source, in plain language, in one pass.
The layers of a person, where prana moves, the channels it moves through, and why some days leave you charged and some leave you empty.
Earth, water, fire, air, space. You place yourself, in your own reading, with the vocabulary to do it honestly.
What the work is, what it asks of you, and what changes for people who stay with it.
She stops explaining. Fifteen minutes, live, all together, eyes closed. The heart of the morning.
Then your guided audio arrives on WhatsApp for everyone who was in the room, and you are off into your Sunday.
Recorded by Dr. Sonali and sent after the session, to everyone who was in the room live. Headphones on, door shut, press play. The morning gives you the map. This is what you practise with afterwards.
The teaching and the guided practice happen once, together, in real time. There is a reason she does this live rather than recording it, and fifteen minutes into the practice most people understand why.
This is for people who are in the room live, not for replay viewers. That is deliberate. The morning works if you are in it.

Dr. Sonali Mishra grew up in Haridwar and Rishikesh, where contemplation came before conversation. Credentials and upbringing did not spare her. She has been through depression herself, and meditation was not an escape from it but the disciplined path back. She eventually left a career in science to teach this full time. Kunjikaa is the method she built from that return: ancient practice, structured through science, psychology and clinical hypnotherapy, taught in a way modern minds can actually use.
On this subject in particular she teaches from the texts rather than from the feed, and she explains everything in terms of what it does and what it asks of you. Nothing is left mystified.
Yes. The session is free and there is nothing to pay to attend it. Sixty minutes with Dr. Sonali, the full teaching and the guided practice, at no cost.
Yes, and you will do that reading yourself rather than being handed a verdict. She teaches the map, walks you through the five elements one at a time, and by the end of the hour you can say which is loud in you and which has gone quiet. Then the guided practice gives you the felt version of the same thing, which is usually the part people remember.
No. Every practice is explained in terms of what it asks you to do and what it does, in plain language. You can arrive completely sceptical and still get the full value of the hour. Plenty of people in her batches did exactly that.
Yes. The session assumes nothing. Complete beginners are exactly who it is built for, and if you have practised for years, most of the first half will still be new to you.
A simple mix of Hindi and English, the same conversational style as Dr. Sonali's videos. If you follow everyday Hindi or everyday English, you will follow everything.
The method is rooted in yogic tradition and Dr. Sonali is open about that lineage rather than hiding it. Nothing is asked of your beliefs. People of every background, and of none, practise in her batches.
A replay link goes to registered attendees for 24 hours afterwards. Be honest with yourself though. The guided practice is the point of the morning, and watching a recording of other people doing it is not the same thing. The guided audio goes to people who attended live, not to replay viewers.
No. The guided audio goes only to people who were in the room live.
The practices are gentle: breath and guided awareness. If you are currently under psychiatric care or in treatment for a serious condition, meditation can sit alongside that care but is not a replacement for it. Do check with your clinician first. This page makes no medical claims and Dr. Sonali will tell you the same on the day.
A WhatsApp confirmation with the session link, then two reminders. One the evening before, one three hours ahead with a note about headphones and a quiet room. No spam, no daily broadcasts. Your number is used for this session only, unless you choose otherwise.
Free, live, and taught in full. The room is capped at 200 seats. When they are gone, registration closes.
